Megan Fox’s Post-Pregnancy Diet


It’s amazing how she can look like this barely three months after giving birth. 

Any woman who has experienced giving birth knows that it’s next to impossible to maintain a slim figure while pregnant, even more so next to impossible to return to her pre-baby body after giving birth. There’s always some skin which is bound to sag. Unfortunately?

But looks like Megan Fox is one of the lucky few, never having had noticeable weight gain during pregnancy and now looking trim barely three months after giving birth to son Noah.

Apparently, although the actress didn’t push herself to work out to shed the 23 pounds she gained when she was pregnant. She says:

I didn’t do that much [working out] because after you have a baby, it’s very difficult to work out and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Megan shares her secret to gaining back her pre-baby body: No to Dairy! Strictly so:

I’m not eating dairy, that’s my biggest secret…It’s really hard on your hormones and it’s not good.

She adds:

If you want to gain weight, eat dairy. If you don’t, don’t eat it.

Sounds like a “take-it-or-leave-it” tip! But what about one’s daily calcium requirement? Get it from green leafy veggies perhaps? Check with your doctor.

But, we ask, why fuss about getting a rock-hard, post-baby body?

Maybe there are just women out there who aren’t comfy with the idea of keeping the excess baggage when they’ve already delivered the bundle of joy. You’re in luck if you’re Megan Fox.
