The pop starlets are taking over in the celebrity clothing line game. Many rappers have claimed to have clothing lines in the work, but it is a never ending process I see because many have failed to launch as of today.
Lil Wayne spoke about the launch of Double W (His womens line) and Foreign Money for the men, but no sign of progress or teaser shirts or even a bootleg version has yet to hit the net. I actually think Lil Wayne has forgotten about the launch of his clothing line. Maybe the man himself will chime in. Lil Wayne? Let us know.
TI has yet to launch AKOO Clothing (A King Of Oneself) appropriate name for the self-proclaimed king of the south. There were a few pictures of possible logo shirts a few years back, but nothing else has been said about the release of his clothing line as of lately. Maybe we will see some “Free The King” shirts later this year when he heads to jail for his one year bid…maybe that’s the cause of the delay.
Watch out for the update!
